Help with Fees

Bursaries

Maltman’s Green School offers a limited number of means-tested subsidised and free places for new joiners. These are awarded according to need, up to a maximum of 100%, for girls entering the school from Reception to Year 6. Bursaries are financed by the School and the Bursary Fund, and are subject to availability.

Eligibility

Lower income families may qualify for a Bursary award for anywhere between full fee remission and 10% support. It is not likely however, that a Bursary would be awarded to a family where relevant annual income exceeds £60,000 and prospective parents will wish to note that Governors will take account of total net assets when considering an award. In the case of a divorce or separation, both parents will be required to complete financial statements.

How to Apply

Prospective new parents who are interested in applying for a Bursary need to first complete the Registration process through the Registrar, after which you will be sent a Bursary application pack. The Bursary application process is managed on the School’s behalf by a third party organisation, Bursaries Administration Limited or BAL. Applications are considered in order of Registration so parents are encouraged to apply as early in the academic year as possible for the following year.

To apply please contact the Registrar on: registrar@maltmansgreen.com
