Data Manager

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Data Manager to join our support team. With a background in IT and/or experience in using school management systems, the role involves supporting academic and non-academic staff in the management of high-quality data and 3rd party software applications. Excellent statistical, analytical and communication skills along with the ability to work flexibly as part of a team and acting on your own initiative.

The role is full time, term-time plus 3 weeks in the school holidays and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and thriving Independent School alongside highly professional colleagues. Facilities Manager

Fixed Term Contract

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the estates management function of our thriving school. We are looking for a high-quality professional who will be responsible for leading a site team and for the overall safety, maintenance, condition and cleanliness of the School estate. This includes the historic malting house main school building plus state-of-the art modern facilities such as our 6-lane, 25 metre swimming pool, hall and dedicated gym.

The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications; a strong background in project management; good technical competence in buildings and mechanical and electrical matters; and excellent communication, administrative and analytical skills. Knowledge and experience of working within a school would be advantageous but is not essential. The successful candidate will also need to exhibit strong team management prowess.

Personal qualities needed include excellent communication and time management skills, flexibility, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a large team.

Facilities Manager Job Description Jul 22

Early Years Assistant

Required from January 2023 onwards

Little Malties is our dedicated 49 week a year day care unit for 2-3 year old girls. We provide a stimulating and well-resourced learning environment, that positively encourages our girls to develop their skills across all areas of learning. Set within the grounds of Maltman’s Green School, our Little Malties have access to all the school facilities. As Little Malties has proved so popular we are continuing to expand and are looking for part time and full time, highly motivated and well qualified (at least Level 3) Early Years Assistants for this thriving setting.

Candidates should have the passion and experience to help create a welcoming, secure and stimulating pre-school setting. High quality childcare is delivered through a play-based approach to learning, tailored to meet the individual needs of each child, in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage statutory framework. Our school motto is “excellence with a sense of fun” and the Early Years Assistants’ role is to support in Little Malties and help ensure the setting reflects this aim.
