Exploring Paul Klee

14th September 20

The girls are back in school and making the most of our fantastic facilities – including our wonderful Art room, stacked to the brim with paint, clay, crayons, coloured paper, chalk, ink pens, tissue paper…and so much more! Year 5 and Year 6 have been exploring the innovative and very colourful work of Paul Klee. Using his 1928 ‘Castle and Sun’ abstract city-scape as inspiration, the girls created their own work with oil pastels to produce strong bold colours and buildings made from geometric shapes.
