Early Years WOW Day

18th March 20

Yesterday our Early Years girls enjoyed a special St Patrick’s Day themed WOW day. The girls arrived in their rainbow outfits and teachers were waving Irish flags and wearing shamrock headdresses. Due to our current social distancing measures the activities were classroom based rather than with the whole of Early Years. Girls took part in some Irish dancing, created colourful rainbows with their pots of gold, made paper-chains, coloured shamrocks, decorated Leprechaun pictures, printed with corks to create shamrock patterns and so much more.

Thanks to parents for donating their loose change for the girls to make coin rainbows. All the coins were collected up afterwards and will be donated to our charity for the year – Edirisa UK

We are so proud of our Year 6 girls’ amazing achievement. If you’d like to find out what makes our school so special, come and visit us on our Spring Term Open Day live in school on Friday 19 March. We look forward to being able to show you around our facilities and give you an opportunity to see the school in action. We will be conducting private tours at set times in order to adhere to social distancing.
