Kevin Carson
- Chair of Curriculum Sub-Committee
Kevin is Headteacher of an independent girls’ school in Hertfordshire, where he has responsibility for both academic and pastoral leadership. He has previously served as Head of Department and Academic Deputy, gaining significant experience in curriculum design and the management of teaching and learning. In his current role, he also acts as a Designated Deputy Safeguarding Lead (DDSL), reflecting his commitment to high standards of pupil care and wellbeing.
With a career dedicated to girls’ education, Kevin brings valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities of preparing pupils for the modern world. His professional experience ensures that the curriculum at Maltman’s Green continues to be both academically rigorous and broad, fostering intellectual curiosity alongside creativity, independence and resilience.
As Chair of the Curriculum Sub-Committee, Kevin supports the school in delivering an education that equips pupils with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to thrive both now and in the future.
