• Early Years Pre-School Assistant

  

  Required as soon as possible. 
  Little Malties is our year-round full day care for pre-school girls aged 2-3 years. We are based in the beautiful grounds of Maltman’s Green school in Gerrards Cross and are lucky to have access to their many facilities.

  What we need: Early years / pre-school assistants with a minimum of a CACHE level 3 in childcare and education or equivalent, with boundless energy and big hearts. Permanent and bank staff contracts are available as well as the possibility for both full and part time hours. If you have the passion and experience to help create a welcoming, secure and stimulating pre-school setting, we’d love to hear from you.

• Class Teacher (Fixed Term)

  

  Required September 2025.

  We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and inspirational general class teacher to join us in September 2025 on a 1 year fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be able to teach pupils in Reception to Year 2. Our girls are polite, enthusiastic and eager to learn. Class sizes are small with a dedicated full time teaching assistant to support. Classrooms are bright, vibrant and stimulating, with outstanding resources.

  Maltman’s Green School is a preparatory school for girls aged 2 – 11. Our pupils achieve highly at 11+ and go on to top independent senior schools and state grammar schools. We are proud of our wide-ranging curriculum, which we believe promotes our girls’ passion for learning and enables each pupil to reach the highest standards of progress and attainment and realise her full potential.

• Finance Assistant (Part-Time)

  

  Required February 2025.

  Maltman’s Green is a mixed ability girls independent prep school where innovation, quality and ambition meet with creativity, friendship and fun. We are looking to appoint an experienced Finance Assistant to join our busy Finance Team.

  What we need: This is a part-time permanent role, expected to be 30 hours per week Term Time plus 15 days in the holidays. The ideal candidate will play an integral part within the school’s administrative function and be primarily responsible for the day-to-day management and control of the purchase ledger and banking finance functions within the school. We are looking for someone with excellent financial skills with a flexible approach and strong interpersonal skills. This is an interesting opportunity and a varied role which will suit someone who has previously worked in a school environment, although it is not essential to have done so.
