Jolyon has more than 35 years’ experience in senior leadership, including 22 years as a management consultant with Accenture and Ernst & Young. He now works as an experienced non-executive director and trustee, supporting a range of organisations across both commercial and not-for-profit sectors. In particular, his work with The Clare Foundation enables him to advise charities across Buckinghamshire on strategy and business planning.

His expertise includes enterprise strategy, governance, financial and budgetary control, risk management and performance monitoring. He holds an MSc in Physics and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management. These skills, combined with his broad boardroom experience, allow him to make a valuable contribution to the strategic direction of Maltman’s Green.

Jolyon has close family connections to the school: his wife is an Old Girl, and his daughter and son were educated locally. He is proud to contribute to Maltman’s Green, a vibrant school with strong leadership, and to support its continued success for future generations.
