Harriet Fryer is Head of Junior School at Wimbledon High School, part of the Girls’s Day School Trust.  Harriet joined Wimbledon from Notting Hill Preparatory School, where she held a range of senior leadership roles over her 11 years at the school, most recently including Junior Deputy Head.  A passionate advocate of girls’ education, Harriet has a thorough understanding of the importance of a rigorous safeguarding culture, and has been DSL and part of the safeguarding team at Wimbledon High.

Harriet studied English Literature and Theatre Studies at the University of Leeds, before completing her PGCE in Primary Education. Theatre remains one of her passions, and she has enjoyed a number of summer trips to the Edinburgh Fringe.
