Discover How We Teach Reading at Maltman’s Green

At Maltman’s Green, we believe that a love of reading is one of the greatest gifts we can give a child. Our Friday workshop offers an insight into the structured phonics programme we use across Early Years and Pre-Prep, giving parents and carers a clear picture of how sounds, letters and language come together in our classrooms. Led by our specialist teachers, the morning will walk you through the methods we use day to day, so you can feel confident understanding and supporting your daughter’s progress.

Take Part, Ask Questions, and Meet Our Teachers

This is a relaxed, informal session designed to be practical and reassuring. You will have the chance to try some of the activities your daughter experiences in class, explore the resources we use, and ask our teachers any questions you may have about reading development and phonics at this age. Whether your daughter is just beginning to recognise letters or is already building her first words, our team will be on hand to offer guidance tailored to where she is in her journey.
