Nicola brings an exceptional wealth of operational and regulatory expertise to Maltman’s Green, drawn from a distinguished career in both sector-leading education and global finance.  Her professional background includes 18 years working across vital support roles with the Girls’ Day School Trust, as well as 21 years with HSBC where her experience included branch management and auditing. This unique blend of experience allows Nicola to contribute highly valuable insights across marketing, development and compliance.

As Health & Safety Governor, Nicola’s primary focus is ensuring the school remains a secure, nurturing and vibrant environment. She collaborates closely with the senior leadership team to oversee risk assessments, monitor premises compliance and ensure safety policies reflect the highest standards. Nicola believes that robust health and safety practices shouldn’t limit school life, but rather provide the vital foundation that allows inspiring learning and co-curricular adventures to happen safely and confidently.
