Diana holds a degree in French and German from Nottingham University and enjoyed a 30-year career in Corporate Banking, holding senior director roles at Citigroup, Westpac and Lloyds Corporate Banking. She has extensive experience leading banking teams across a range of industries, supporting management boards with strategic advice to deliver their business objectives. During the financial crisis, she led a financial restructuring team, working to stabilise and guide loss-making businesses through recovery.
Diana has previously served as a Governor and Chair of Finance at two state primary schools, gaining valuable governance experience. She now brings this expertise to Maltman’s Green, where she is proud to serve as Chair of Governors. Alongside her professional and governance roles, she is also Trustee of Britwell Youth Charity and Missenden Walled Garden, which supports adults with learning difficulties.
With two daughters educated locally, Diana has a strong personal understanding of the value of girls only education. She is delighted to be part of Maltman’s Green, supporting the school’s ethos of nurturing confidence, fostering ambition and inspiring excellence in every pupil.
