Creative Thinking Morning Event

26th May 17

On Tuesday 16th May, the girls from the Year 3 and 4 Creative Thinking Club took part in a workshop with some other schools. The schools were: The Beacon, Gayhurst, Gerrard’s Cross C of E, and St Joseph’s and Thorpe House.

We wrote the shortest story we could think of, with the title “The Mistake”. Then, we made our own board games, using dice, counters and card. Finally, we made badges from recycled materials to show which Maltman’s Mindset we had achieved and had to work out how to wear each badge. We collaborated in all the activities, but some of the tasks were challenging, and we had to persevere.

We had a brilliant time and were glad to meet the boys and girls from the other schools.
