The Friends of Maltman’s Green (FOMG) is an association for parents and staff. It has two main aims. The first is to organise social events for parents and staff, the second is to raise funds which are used by the school to enhance the provision.

The events are well attended and popular, giving parents and children a social focus within school.The funds raised are spent on resources which the school might not consider priorities but which considerably enhance the children’s experience. The FOMG organises class representatives who make all parents feel welcome and can offer advice, particularly to new parents. They also promote social events for each class.
