Curriculum - Subjects - Problem Solving

From Year 4 the girls receive a Problem Solving lesson every week. This is a chance for them to develop skills which are invaluable when approaching entrance tests and exams for their chosen senior school. They are taught how to approach a range of different types of problems. There is an emphasis on logical thinking as well as training to answer questions within time constraints. This makes a real difference to the girls’ confidence as well as their chances of success.
